Supporting the Holford & District Village Hall

It's really simple, and doesn't cost you anything. All you have to do is: 1. Go to http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/holforddistrictvillagehall  2. Sign up free  3. Get shopping - your donations will be collected by easyfundraising and automatically sent to Holford & District Village Hall's bank account. It couldn't be easier! There are no catches or hidden charges and Holford & District Village Hall will be really grateful for your donations. Thank you for your support.      Mo Y Every little helps As of Tuesday 15th October 2019, 32 people have registered as supporters and currently £502.02 has been raised for the cause.

‘Help Holford Hall’

Holford & District’s refurbished and enlarged community hall is about to become a reality. But we still need your help. The Hall committee has successfully secured £565,500 in grant funding from the charitable trusts listed below. We now have sufficient funds for the main project, but will need a little more money, and some practical help, to finish off the Hall.

Plastic Recycling Emily at Copse Cottage is willing to take in many of those difficult to dispose of plastics which the council do not take (either kerbside or at their recycling centres in Williton or Bridgwater) and which Terracycle do process - as per the list below. For a more detailed list of what is and is not taken please email Emily at heckscher@btinternet.com  Just pop it into a seperate bag (no need to segregate) and drop it off at Copse Cottage. Emily will then arrange for the plastic to go to the Conquest Equestrian Centre charity where the plastic will be passed on for well needed funds for the charity.

SUPERFAST BROADBAND IN HOLFORD There is great news about the ability to get superfast broadband in areas of Holford that currently have less than 30Mb/s. Click HERE to get further information
